Shipping
If you have chosen to have your product shipped, we will promptly pack and send it to you via Australia Post, along with a tracking number. If you choose to pick up MOSSMAN, we will be in touch to arrange a convenient time and location for the pickup/drop-off.

We primarily offer pre-orders to help ensure orders are made to suit your needs and reduce waste, but have limited stock available for last orders and adventures.

Pre-orders are bundled together to go off to be made at once (The Date to order by is in the website header bar)

How does the pre-order process look?

YOUR ORDER - Our website displays the current pre-order closing date. You have the opportunity to add pre-order products until the day of the specified date.

WE ORDER - After the specified closing date, we will proceed to submit an order to our manufacturer. This order will contain the necessary details from your original order, and the manufacturer will then commence production of the products.

MANUFACTURER TIMEFRAME - Our manufacturing process involves order processing, production, and shipping, typically taking around 6 weeks for delivery from the pre-order closing date. We do our very best to adhere to these time frames, but very occasionally delays can be out of our control.

If you're hoping for something urgently or have a larger order, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

COLLAR - Choose between a button or zip-closing collar.
ADD CUFFS - Cuffs are added on the long sleeve ends. Please enquire or leave an order note if you would prefer not to have the cuff.
ADD POCKET - The option of the pocket on the chest is available.
ADD MESH - Mesh panels to the side of the body and the underside of the sleeves to add extra breathability to the shirt. Please enquire or leave an order note if you would prefer not to have the mesh.
SHORT SLEEVED - Please leave a note at checkout if you would like this shirt to have short sleeves in place of the long sleeves.

Returns: We hope you love our products as much as we do. Remember please choose wisely and measure sizes as these products are non-refundable as they are manufactured from your order details (size, design, etc). If there is something not quite right with your order or a fault in the make of your product, please get in contact with us. Colours vary slightly from screen to print

We have a SIZE CHART with handy tips and a size guide to help ensure you get your fit. Please double-check your measurements to ensure a great fit. We understand that ordering online can be tricky to choose the right size.

KIDS SIZING These shirts fit quite true to size but can be smaller the some other branded fishing shirts. Due to younger kids growing so fast, sizing up one size can be a good idea for longer wear time. Please ensure you measure to get the best size for your child. These shirts feature slightly longer sleeve lengths to help protect the backs of hands from the sun.

UNISEX SIZING We have UNISEX sizes on order via the website to help avoid confusion.

LADIES SIZES We have added a couple of women’s sizes as defaults. If you would like to order in our women’s sizing from the chart, please get in touch or add to the notes in checkout.
(Note: Ladies sizes are smaller than standard Australian sizes, please ensure that you check the measurements.)

SHORT SLEEVE Ladies sizing has a very slight shape to the shirt at the waist and shorter sleeves and length. Unisex sizing is more of a straight fit with slightly longer sleeves.

Made to help keep you protected from the elements with UPF30+, yet cool and tough wearing in the heat. 100% Polyester, this Buttery Fabric is a quick-drying fabric and lightweight.

Recommended Care Instructions: Cold machine wash or hand wash, Do not bleach, Line dry.

Please note: The aim is to get the finished product as close to the screen proof, some colours and print placement can vary from the screen images.
